Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors open onto a private enclosed courtyard, seamlessly extending the living space outdoors. Here you'll find an alfresco dining area, BBQ, sun lounges, shade sails and a lawn where children can play safely. An outdoor hot and cold shower just inside the gate makes it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach. Accommodation includes a master bedroom with spa ensuite, a second queen bedroom, and a bunk room with four beds for younger guests. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. A second bathroom, separate toilet and powder room ensure plenty of space for everyone, while a full laundry with washing machine and dryer adds convenience for longer stays. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area forms the heart of the home. French doors open onto an upstairs deck with outdoor dining and a BBQ, providing a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and glimpses of the bay. The master bedroom is also located on this level and features a king bed, spa ensuite and windows positioned to capture natural cross ventilation. The main living area is fitted with reverse-cycle air conditioning, while all bedrooms have fans for summer comfort and oil heaters for cooler months. Downstairs, there are three additional bedrooms comprising a queen room, a twin room with two king single beds, and a bunk room with four beds as a children's retreat with TV and DVD player offers a space to unwind, while French doors lead directly to a patio and lawn area for outdoor play. Bedroom enjoy access to a balcony overlooking the bay — an ideal place to start the day with a coffee or unwind in the evening. Downstairs, a King bedroom with water views and ensuite with full wheelchair access and a pull-down shower seat with railing. Additionally, there is a bunk room with four beds and a further bathroom, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen including a butler’s pantry and a 2nd dishwasher, open-plan living and dining area with a large smart TV and a wood burning fire for that winter luxury ambience. Recently renovated and thoughtfully designed, the upper-level features two king bedrooms, both with ensuites. The front bedroom enjoys views across Geographe Bay and opens onto a spacious balcony furnished for outdoor relaxation. Double glazing helps ensure a peaceful night's sleep. On the ground floor are two queen bedrooms, including one with a spa ensuite, along with a flexible king bedroom that can be configured as two king singles. A fourth bathroom, separate toilet and laundry provide added convenience for larger groups. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining and includes a Nespresso coffee machine. The adjoining dining, lounge and 2nd loungeroom open through French doors onto a patio overlooking the bay. With outdoor dining, a BBQ and lawn area, the home has a 2nd full size refrigerator to accommodate a family of 10 and is perfectly set up for relaxed afternoons and family gatherings.
